Kick 2, which is a sequel for Kick(not actually) is one of the most awaited films in the recent times. As the film Kick is one of the best film in Raviteja's career. Directed by the Surender Reddy, produced by Kalyan Ram has hit the screens today.Story:
Robinhood (Raviteja) son of Kick(Devil), is a guy who wanders around searching for comfort. His father Devil (Raviteja) always eggs him on his pursuance. But things turn around, when Doctor Robin wants to build a super specialty hospital in his ancestral property in Hyderabad, which is grabbed to India to solve his land disputes.That’s when Robin stays with Pandit Raviteja (Brahmanandam) and starts working on the plan to acquire his land documents. Seeing his capabilities people from Vilaspur try to make him understand their issue with Solomon Singh (Ravi Kishen).There, he meets Chaitra(Rakul Preet) and falls in love with her. One fine day, Chaitra is suddenly kidnapped by some goons and Robin Hood is left helpless.
As time passes by, Robin Hood finds out that Chaitra is kept hostage in her native village called Vilaspur. He decides to take things in his hand and heads to her village to save her.Twist in the tale arises when he crosses path with Suleman Singh Thakhur( Ravi Kishan) who is troubling the villagers with his vicious activities. Rest of the story is as to how Robin Hood saves the villagers from the evil clutches of Suleman Thakur and also wins his love.
Performances:
Raviteja is at his best as usual and he did a superb job.Actress Rakul Preet Singh is decent and she is apt choice for her role. All her scenes with Raviteja are interesting and have been executed well.
Raviteja looks good and all his scenes with Rakul have come out quite well.
Comedians and few other artists have done a decent job.
Comedy king Brahmanandam is hilarious in all scenes.
Ravi Kishen performance is upto the mark.
Analysis:
First Half is has some decent comedy elements and has enough elements, which will be liked by masses. Second half of the movie is in Village Drop where Dialogues have enough punches and the production values are pretty good. Music is decent and so is his background score. Coming to the director Surender Reddy, he has done a good job with the movie and he has experimented much.NTR Arts production values and especially DI of the film were absolutely top notch.i-Say: Kick Raviteja make you feel comfort with his energetic performance.

In recent weeks Baahubali: The Beginning, have become the country’s second and third highest grossing films in box office history behind the top-ranked Aamir Khan starring PK.
PK’s worldwide gross finished at 7.4 billion Indian rupees (US$114 million) earlier this year, and Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Baahubali, still both in release and adding daily to their worldwide totals.

Superstar bounces back with Srimanthudu, a movie that has solid content as well as commercial appeal. Director Koratala Siva has come up with yet another winner after Mirchi. Srimanthudu Movie has a Strong Story line with an extraordinary effort by the team.
Story:
RK (Jagapathi Babu) owns a business empire. He wants his son Harsha (Mahesh Babu) to take over the operations but Harsha has other plans – serving people. Harsha likes Charusheela (Shruti), a post graduate student studying Rural Development, and joins her college to study the course. Both fall in love. But when Charusheela comes to know that Harsha is son of RK, she stops seeing him. Harsha asks her for the reason, she tells him about her Devarakota, a small village in Uttarandhra. And the rest of the story continues with a lot of emotions and twists. Watch how Mahesh carried it on the silver screen.
Performances:
Mahesh Babu: One cannot imagine any other actor as Harsha. Mahesh gets into the skin of the character and takes every scene to another level with his spellbinding performance. There are different shades to this character and Mahesh does justice in every aspect. His handsome looks and charismatic styling adds value to the character. Watch out for his performance in the Big Screens.
Shruti Haasan: Shruti got an author backed role. She is extremely good in emotional scenes. She played a good role. Her Gorgeous looks in CHarusheela Song and the chemistry between Mahesh and Sruthi is good.
Others: Jagapathi Babu as Mahesh's Father is top notch. His Charming looks made this character to another level. The Royality of the character came by Jagapathi Babu. Rajendra Prasad is natural in a very important role. Vennela Kishore and Ali tried to add some fun to the proceedings. Sampath Raj and other villains are aptly cast.
Technical Excellence:
Direction: Koratala Siva has a knack of telling old stories in an interesting way. He is very good at writing emotional as well as hero elevation scenes. There are so many scenes that have his mark on them and he is surely a director to watch out for. Koratala Siva's dialogs are another asset to this film.
Music: Devi Sri Prasad's songs are in perfect sync with the film. Background score is pretty impressive too.
Others: Top notch work from the cinematographer. Madhie added Mahesh to look at the best. The Closeup shots of Mahesh was done extremely well by Madhie.
Analysis:
Srimanthudu has a Strong storyline with commercial elements. The film is about knowing your roots and giving back to the society. Kudos to Koratala Siva for making a commercial film with this concept.
Action episodes are cleverly placed in the film. The Movie is a rollercoaster ride of emotions and action. Harsha character appears very emotional in the family scenes and extremely heroic when he meets the bad guys. Siva struck a right balance between these shades and used it effectively reach to all sections of audience.
Mahesh Babu's majestic performance and the dialogues will keep you hooked until the end. It is a perfect blend of commercial elements and meaningful content. Srimanthudu will not only please Mahesh fans but also win the hearts of movie lovers.
