Mani Ratnam has been approaching Telugu stars for his next Project. Last year, he planned a revenge drama featuring Karthi, Dulquer Salmaan, Nitya Menon and Keerthy Suresh. However, due to the unavailability of the actors dates delayed the film.

Now, Mani Ratnam will be commencing with a romantic drama starring Karthi and Sai Pallavi from June. Now the latest news is that Mani Ratnam is planning to do a film with Naga Chaitanya and Rana Daggubati. 

In his latest interview, Rana Daggubati revealed that he and Naga Chaitanya have been approached by Mani Ratnam. Rana also said that the talks are in the initial stages. It will indeed be a surprising casting coup, if the project materializes eventually.

 Sources close to us reveal that Rohit has sang a rocking number for his upcoming film Savitri. The song has been recorded by music director Shravan. Already, the trailers of Savitri have created good buzz all over.

Savitri has Nanditha as the female lead and Pavan Sadineni of Prema Ishq Kadhaal fame is the director. Keep watching this space for more updates on this project.

As we all know that Sarainodu’s power-packed teaser has received huge applause from all over the film circles especially the dialogue “Oora Mass.”

According to trusted sources, Allu Arjun apparently plays the role of a bodyguard in the action entertainer. If the buzz is to be believed, Catherine Tresa is an MLA and Allu Arjun plays her personal bodyguard in the film.

The flick has been progressing at a brisk pace and the shooting is nearing completion, with a song pending. Rakul Preet Singh is the leading lady in this film which is slated to hit the screens in April.

Pawan Kalyan’s much awaited film 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh' is going to be in Summer Race and will hit the screens on April 8, 2016.

A source from Film unit said "The final month-long schedule kicks off in Hyderabad next week. As soon as it’s done, the project will get into post-production. The makers are planning to release the film on April 8th." 

Sardaar Gabbar Singh is a sequel to 2012 blockbuster 'Gabbar Singh'. Film is being directed by K.S. Ravindra. Kajal Aggarwal is the Female lead. Music composed by Devi Sri Prasad. Vijay is currently doing an untitled film with Atlee. Even before the film isn't completed, talks about his 60th project have been doing the rounds and now it’s official that ‪#‎Vijay60‬ will be directed by Bharathan. 

Bharathan wrote dialogues for Vijay’s blockbuster film Ghilli and also directed Vijay’s first ever double action film "Azhagiya Tamil Magan(ATM)". He wrote the dialogues for Ajith’s Veeram as well.

Vijay’s long pending decision has been made because of the star's special consideration for the script more than anything else. Madhie will be the cameraman, Praveen KL will be the editor. Nagi Reddy’s Vijaya Productions who produced Ajith’s Veeram will be producing this film.  Talks are on for the firming up other cast and crew.

There will be a small pooja on the coming Sunday and official pre-production will begin and regular shooting would begin from March 2016.

A day after producer’s clarification about the  Ravi Teja’s Bengal Tiger is already in the delay for the release now comes the confirmation about Bengal Tiger’s release date. While the film was supposed to release on November 5th, the producer Radhamohan today officially announced the new release date. The movie would be hitting the screens worldwide on 27th November. This has been done to give room for Akhil, which is being released on November 11th.


The movie is said to be an out and out action entertainer, directed by Sampath Nandi. The movie has Tamannaah and Rashi Khanna as female leads opposite Ravi Teja. The movie was produced by Radha Mohan and the music by Bheems Cecireleo.

The suspense over the release date of Akhil’s maiden movie has ended. The film producers have announced that the movie is going to hit the screens on 11th November i.e., on the eve of Diwali. 

Nagarjuna Akkineni tweeted, "Wish we knew then what we know now! The wait is over. #AKHIL is releasing on November 11th.” 

Akhil is directed by VV Vinayak and it was previously set to release on 22nd October but postponed. Now the movie is all set for grand release on Diwali. 

Sayesha Saigal is making debut as heroine in the film. Actor Nithin is producing the Film. Music by SS Thaman and Anoop Rubens.

In recent weeks Baahubali: The Beginning, have become the country’s second and third highest grossing films in box office history behind the top-ranked Aamir Khan starring PK.

PK’s worldwide gross finished at 7.4 billion Indian rupees (US$114 million) earlier this year, and Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Baahubali, still both in release and adding daily to their worldwide totals.
As of today, the movies Worldwide Gross is:

Bajrangi Bhaijaan - 5.94 billion ($91 million) 
Baahubali - 5.66 billion rupees ($87 million) 

But according to Indian Box Office revenue in India alone,

Baahubali: The Beginning, directed by Rajmouli is the first non-Hindi film(Telugu Dubbed) to reach even the ranks of the top 10 biggest earners in theatrical release across India, now stands at the highest grossing film in the country’s history.

Actor Aadi Pinisetty, who came with his latest Tamil thriller "Yagavarayinum Naa Kaakka", has been reportedly roped in to play the antagonist in actor Allu Arjun's next yet-untitled Telugu project.

A close source said that "Aadi has been signed on as the baddie. Director Boyapati Srinu really liked his performance in his last film and felt he would be perfect for the role with grey shades. The official announcement will be made soon."

Aadi's performance in "Yagavarayinum Naa Kaakka", which was released as "Malupu" in Telugu, impressed both audiences and critics alike.

Rakul Preet Singh as Female lead opposite, will be produced by Geetha Arts. It is set to go on the floors soon. We'll see new Villain in TFI soon.
