My Tree Challenge is an activity involving planting and challenging others to do so. The challenge, which was inspired by the Ice Bucket Challenge, was launched in Kerala to promote the preservation of nature.

My Tree Challenge was founded by Padma Shri Dr. Mammootty,an award winning Indian film actor along with Abdul Manaf, CEO of Easysoft Technologies, and Imthias Kadeer, a travel photographer. Mr.Mammootty started the campaign on 30 August 2014 by planting the first tree and challenging Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and Tamil superstars Vijay and Suriya to do the same.

The Tamil Superstar Suriys Accepted the My Tree Challenge and he Nominated Amir Khan, Kannada star Sudeep and Telugu Superstar Mahesh babu.

I, the film is written and directed by Shankar. The film was produced by Venu Ravichandran under Aascar Films banner. The film starring Vikram and Amy Jackson in the lead roles. P. C. Sreeram was the film's cinematographer, editing was done by Anthony. The Music was composed by A. R. Rahman. Weta Workshop worked on the digital make-up and background arts for the film.

It was confirmed that the dubbed Telugu version of the film, earlier titled as Manoharudu, would also have the same title as the original version.

Mani Ratnam’s dream project Ponniyin Selvan has been temporarily stopped due to its high budget. Mahesh was excited to do the Ponniyen Selvan with Mani Ratnam. Later, he got disappointed. Now the director Mani Ratnam is said to have penned a another couple of scripts.

Among them, One of the scripts is a multi starrer project where Tamil actor Karthik’s son, Gautham Karthik is being considered as one of the heroes. Krishna to Direct Mahesh Babu. If sources are to be believed Superstar Krishna is in plans to direct a movie with his son Prince Mahesh Babu. In an interview Krishna said, “Mahesh has developed a unique style and a huge fan base with his films. I’m looking for a perfect script to direct for Mahesh’s film. I hope it will materialize soon.”

Currently, Mahesh is busy with Dookudu in Srinu Vytla’s direction and next to this Mahesh has also signed a film The Business Man with Puri Jaganath .

So, get ready for the that Super Krishna is going to direct Super star Prince Mahesh Babu.
