I - Manoharudu cleared its Release Date
Picturehouse Media Ltd announced that all issues between them and the makers of Tamil film "I" have been settled and they whole hearten support the release of the film on January 14 in Telugu as "I-Manoharudu".
Picturehouse Media says "Issues what so ever were only business oriented and it was mutually discussed and we arrived on a compromise on the best interest of the film industry. We wish the film, the artistes, the technicians, the producers and the exhibitors best of success".
On Friday, Picturehouse Media moved to Madras High Court seeking an interim stay on the release of "I", following unpaid dues by the film's producer Aascar Ravichandran. Justice R. Mahadevan heared the petition and ordered interim stay and gave time till Jan 30 to settle dues.
The Film "I-Manoharudu" starring Chiyan Vikram in lead also features Amy Jackson, Upen Patel and Suresh Gopi. It is Directed by Shankar by Originally Produced by Aascar Films Pvt Ltd.
